Carole Westerman IS UNABLE TO MAKE IT THIS SATURDAY

Due to recent injury, Carole is unable to make the drive up to Sioux Falls. Sarah will be teaching the proposed workshops in her place and we greatly look forward to Carole coming out this fall when she is recovered.

Hailing from Omaha, NE, Carole comes to the studio with an extensive resume too long to list here. With over 30 years of experience, Carole brings her expertise to our community Saturday March 2 with a Yin immersion and a little taste of Kundalini. Join one workshop or enjoy a deep dive with both!

Water to Wood: Yin with a Dash of Yang

10am-12:30pm

Invite in the beginning seeds of Spring with a Yin practice designed to mirror this elemental transition of water to wood. This is a seasonal juncture of many potentials, so we will harness this auspicious time though Yin poses and Slow Flow. Interwoven in our practice will be an introduction to TCM, Ayurveda, and Marma points. All levels welcome.

Kundalini Kriya with Healing Circle

2pm-4pm

The Green Energy Set is a potent Kriya for the Heart Chakra and inviting in abundance; it includes poses, Mudra, and Chanting. After practicing this Kriya, we will bathe in sound created by our collective voices, in a healing circle. A transformative experience awaits you. All levels welcome.
