Weekly Classes

At Joy Collective Yoga Studio, we hold classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays in the morning at 9 AM. There is also an evening class on Tuesdays at 6 PM. You can find us at 921 E. 8th Street in Sioux Falls, SD. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class. Purchase an individual class below or select a class pass or membership.

Class Types

I teach alignment-based yoga centered on your breath and the present moment. While each class is different, what you will always find is a welcoming space that encourages you to explore, laugh, and be joyful as we each discover our unique path home.

 

Yoga from the Heart

Explore your breath and thoughtful movement through an intentional practice that will build flexibility, strength, and connection.

Yin Yoga

Tuesdays

9-10 AM CST

Zoom or socially distanced

Wander into your more reflective side with the invitation to slow down. Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that will target your connective tissue and fascia, all while tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system to leave you feeling like you just did savasana for an hour. You will love it.
