Imbolc: Yoga, celebration, and community

Coldness has settled and we yearn for community, connectedness and a sense of being rooted in place. Join Hannah and Sarah as they once again cultivate a yoga practice integrated into the season. Slow yourself and reflect upon the returning of the sun. Invite new energy, inspiration and creativity to thaw as we explore and move with intention.

Our time is divided by half embodied movement led by Sarah and Hannah, and half feast and revelry. Hannah examines the season and crafts a hearty meal to match the energy. Enjoy these delights with friends and likeminded souls with wine to warm the heart and company to soothe the soul.

The Dark Mother: Embodying the Rose

We have been journeying towards revolutionary change in our world for the last several years. On January 20th, we embark on another powerful leg of that story as Pluto (the planet of death and rebirth) as well as the Sun move into the sign of Aquarius (an air sign that symbolizes collective transformation and powerful change).

From the beginning of time we have been looking toward the sky and the stars for signs of what is here and what will be. Nature shows us the the stories untold and reminds us of the cyclical death and rebirth process that we are always in, even as and especially as humans. The Dark Mother represents the subconscious and the place in which we have been taught to fear, really holds our most beautiful gifts - especially the unique gift that is yours to bring to the world right now!
