Challenge yourself to play in arm balances! Whether they feel like a walk in the park, or absolutely terrifying, cultivate a curiosity to build better balance and move past fear.
With a steady warm up, focus on a strong core and firing on upper back strength, you just might surprise yourself! This workshop will feature crow pose, chaturanga, firefly, and some other fun opportunities to rise up. Learn to use blocks, straps, and bolsters to find proper alignment and assist with building the strength needed to fly.
All levels welcome and encouraged to attend.
