The oft misunderstood realm of the hips, we desire openness but at times neglecting the importance of stability and strength. Immerse yourself in the study of healthy hip alignment to properly nourish the largest joint in your body. This workshop will offer ways to transform your posture, counteract imbalances/weaknesses from a modern lifestyle, and perhaps find expressions in yoga asanas that were inaccessible prior.

Want to be free, open, relaxed and grounded in their hips? Awaken a full range of motion in your hips through a systematic, gradual exploration of hip opening postures and warm ups journeying from pigeon pose to lotus and even leg-behind-the-head pose.

CEUs offered for yoga teachers. All levels welcomed and folks with cranky knees and hips encouraged to attend and learn modifications for more comfort and ease!
