In a world of breath and bend, there lies an invitation to explore the opening possibilities of your own body. Join me, lovers of grace and power, in a journey that invites you to strengthen yourself to open to more beauty in the world.

Collectively, we will delve into the nitty gritty of a safe backbending practice. You will learn contraindications, common misalignments and tools to find more depth from a place of stability.

Open to beginners as well as advanced practitioners, this deep dive into heart opening will completely change your cobra pose. Other poses explored will include: up dog, camel, bow, wheel, supta virasana, and mermaid. Whether you hate backbends or you crave them, this workshop will equip you with the benefits of better posture, longevity in your spine, improved mood and a more open heart.

Current yoga teachers encouraged to attend to not only deepen the knowledge of their own body, but also discover new ways to support the wide range of needs of students. CEUs offered for those certified with Yoga Alliance.
